Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Memuno processes personal data when you create and use an account.
Data we process
- Account data: email address, authentication metadata, account identifiers.
- Profile data: display name, friendship code, selected language.
- Content data: memes you create or receive, recipient relations, laughs.
- Technical data: push token metadata, app diagnostics, crash events.
Why we process data
- To provide sign-in, profile, social, group, and notification features.
- To protect accounts, enforce platform rules, and prevent abuse.
- To operate support and legal compliance workflows.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for backend/auth/storage, Firebase Messaging for push notifications, and Firebase Crashlytics for stability diagnostics.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and product data while your account is active. After account deletion we remove or anonymize data according to system constraints and backup windows.
Some files may be removed asynchronously by scheduled cleanup jobs. This means deletion may not be instantaneous in all storage layers.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
